Adding New Users in Joomla

From the Control Panel, select a user icon manger, or it could be through the site menu> user manger. You will enter the user manager to manage your site's users. At first, there is only one user, the administrator. Select new icon to add new users.

Language
The language used, by default Mambo, the English language to be used.
User Editor
Editor used for the process of making and editing content. TinyMCE editor is recommended because the editor is very powerful like Microsoft Word Help

The place where the user will get a clue
Time Zone
Time reference is used. If a new user comes from western Indonesia, choose UTC +7

After that, save the new user by selecting Save. 

Note: Once in the Save will appear pesar error "Could not instantie mail function". This message appears because the email server is not configured. However, if it is an online website will direct will give you a confirmation email to new users

To try a new user, please open a browser and locate the Login Form on the left below, as follows:
